The Salvation Army on Empress is a large, bright and well-organized thrift store with a wide variety of inventory that is restocked frequently throughout the day.

One of the highlights is the excellent media section, with a large selection of books, CDs, DVDs and more. Be sure to check the display cases near the checkout, where you’ll often find some of the store’s best treasures.

The store is clean and easy to browse, and parking is plentiful thanks to the large lot. If you’re dropping off donations, you’ll need to drive around to the back of the strip mall to access the donation centre.

This location is also just a short drive from Value Village on Ellice and SuperThrift, making it an easy addition to a larger thrifting trip.
